I nostri appartamenti sono prenotabili con le seguenti modalità:

• affitto settimanale da sabato a sabato o da domenica a domenica in base alla disponibilità;
• periodi inferiori o week end possono essere prenotabili in base alla disponibilità;
• orario di ingresso dalle ore 15:00;
• orario di uscita entro le ore 10:30;
• la prenotazione verrà confermata alla ricezione della caparra pari al 30% dell'importo totale;
• Deposito cauzionale 200,00 Euro (solo contanti) da versare al check-in, verra' restituito al check-out dopo verifica di eventuali danni all' appartamento:
• Pagamento della tassa di soggiorno da versare a nostra cura al Comune di Capo d'Orlando 2,00 euro a persona al giorno:
• Saldo del pagamento al check-in.
• Le tariffe di affitto variano in base al periodo ed ai giorni di permanenza, contattaci specificando le tue esigenze per avere un preventivo sul costo del tuo soggiorno.

Our flats can be booked in the following ways

weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday depending on availability;
shorter periods or weekends can be booked subject to availability;
CHECK-IN from 15:00
CHECK-OUT by 10:30 a.m;
the reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount;

Security deposit of €200.00 (cash only) to be paid at check-in, will be returned at check-out after verification of any damage to the apartment;

Payment of the tourist tax to be paid by us to the Municipality of Capo d'Orlando  €2.00 per person per day.
Balance of payment on Check-in.

Unsere Wohnungen können auf folgende Weise gebucht werden

Wochenmiete von Samstag bis Samstag oder Sonntag bis Sonntag, je nach Verfügbarkeit;
kürzere Zeiträume oder Wochenenden können je nach Verfügbarkeit gebucht werden;
Einlasszeit ab 15:00 Uhr
Abreisezeit bis 10:30 Uhr;
Die Reservierung wird nach Erhalt einer Anzahlung in Höhe von 30% des Gesamtbetrags bestätigt;

Kaution in Höhe von 200,00 Euro (nur in bar) ist beim Check-in zu hinterlegen und wird beim Check-out nach Überprüfung der Wohnung auf eventuelle Schäden zurückerstattet;

Zahlung der Kurtaxe, die wir an die Gemeinde Capo d'Orlando entrichten, 2,00 Euro pro Person und Tag:

Restzahlung bei der Check-in.
